Once this is completed, workers will receive an email with information on how to connect and use SafetySync. There they will find a list of safety related materials to complete, and any new information as it is sent out. Workers can then complete courses online in their own time. Automated reminders can be sent out or managers can access a database detailing completion results. Incentive programs can be implemented or certificates awarded for successful completion. The service is available at a flat fee per user after a trial period has ended and comes complete with expert advice.
