5 stars: I am totally satisfied with the WhatsApp Business app. It has been a great tool for my business communication. However, for the past 2-3 days, I faced an issue where videos couldn’t be sent or uploaded to my status. Every time I tried, the app would crash. But after the latest update, my problem has been resolved, and everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend it for smooth business communication!
4 stars: Both whatsapp and business is nice to use but why have channels to follow. To me its a waste of time and pointless. The feature that will be most handy and will come in very useful is if you can add both a voice note and language translator. Most of the time groups are chatting in their own languages then no one can understand them. That would be very handy and useful for all whatsapp users.

Previously, files were arranged on WhatsApp the way it's been stored on the file folder and you could simply access a particular pic or video. Now though, pictures and videos are clustered into
