Warm Up Exercises APK 1.11

5 stars: this is a great app to use before workouts, in the mornings and in the evenings. it loosens up the muscles without making it feel like its a actual workout. it would be cool to have a small variety of warm ups to choose from to avoid getting bored of doing the same one all the time but other then that its great.
5 stars: Actually what I wanted. The app's name is Warm-up,and totally so it thus. Doing these warm ups before excercises and yoga poses will help to prevent crunches of stretch and pain in our body. It's a thumbs up👍🏼
4 stars: Exercises are easy but not very diverse. So far I can only choose from one set of exercises but it looks like theres more later or maybe you have to buy more? Biggest thing is I wish you could turn off or mute the voice, but its nice that it doesnt mute your music on your phone, just plays over it. Mostly good, just wish it had more options and controllability.
4 stars: It have an instruction of moves and I loved that, I gave 4 stars because I didn't sweat a lot but I thanked this app. Its a good warm up before my fitness workout
3 stars: It's okay, but it needs a delete button where you can restart an exercise when you make a mistake.
