3 stars: This app recently started crashing on me and now the icon keeps disappearing. I do love it because I'm not always by a machine and all my cards are together but I feel like a lot of little inconvieniences(like crashing when I need to reload)amount to one big annoyance.
3 stars: The app crashes even when I'm not using it or haven't been using it in a while. Otherwise its fine.
3 stars: Can be buggy at times and a little hard to use, but it gets the job done.
4 stars: The app is convenient to use and over the last year, has stabilized a lot (no more crashing). However, it asks for location permission every time you open the app. There is a button that helps the customer deny the request, but all it does is close the popup. The app needs to remember my choice and not ask all the time.

4 stars: Great app! super handy for riding the train! the only complaint I have is there is no account settings, that should be a feature so you can view your: email, phone #, and change your password. I have been locked out 3 times bc I cannot change my password from inside the app, I don't remember my password I'd like to change it. so if you get this app you have to memorize your password good luck getting a new one.
