5 stars: this app is very useful and by using this app i no longer have to search for reliable microwave repair person or plumber. I never had issue with any of the repair person or salon professional and they are very careful and accurate. good job. i do feel that the app need to be more user friendly.if i add some items to the cart and i close the app and open again and the cart is no longer accessible and i have to search and add services again.
4 stars: There is only a chat system in the customer support section of UC app. What if our reason is not listed and there are some other issues which need to be taken care of? In that case, we do need a call system as well to get our issues sorted. Also, it saves time.
3 stars: I have taken bathroom cleaning services from UC and the service was above average but not excellent. The options are very few. There is no flexibility. They can actually ask for pictures of areas to be cleaned as per our requirements and then give quotations. That would be better. This app is not suitable for indipendent houses. Only suitable for modern apartments.
