4 stars: I have a Hald. The watch and phone stopped communicating. Had to unpair phone, remove the App and start afresh and had to enable access to SMS etc even though my phone doesn't have the capability to display them. Good help from support staff. Only 4* because the update should have been seamless. More info needed to help people with upgrade or App updated to stop the problems. At least I didn't lose any data.
3 stars: Uh-oh update. I love my hybrid watch, but the recent app update has some glitches. The update doubled all my step counts for days where I hit my goal, as far back as I can see. The app also appears to no longer have the function that estimates how much time it'll take to hit my step goal. I loved that feature and I'm sad to see it go. It does seem to be connecting to my watch more consistently since the update.
3 stars: Usually very happy with the watch and app. But after the recent update my customizations have been deleted and I have been unable to re-create them. Further, my step counts seems to have double since the update. Both of these things are quite frustrating, but the rest of the app works like a charm
4 stars: New update is amazing!! So happy they gave it a full makeover, only thing I miss is on the sleep I used to be able to tap-drag to see the specific time(s) I was awake/light sleep and that seems to be gone. But I'll take the trade-off with the totally revamped interface
