This of course also leads to quite steep learning curve, so I would recommend first learning the ice fishing basics from a real life tutor as the game itself offers no hints for fishing newbies.

4 stars: The user interface is decent, but not specificly tailored for mobile devices. If you doubt this game is any good, you can find a completely free full version from Microsoft Store on Windows and find out. I played the PC version first and then bought the Android version. This game is all about the simulation and does it well.

4 stars: There is a steep learning curve, I didn't know how to use some of the lures at first, but I figured it out. Anyway, this game makes up for the graphics with great gameplay. The controls are more for computer, however.
