The NissanConnect® EV & Services** app is designed especially for owners and drivers of the Nissan LEAF®. The NissanConnect EV & Services** app lets you manage the unique features of your LEAF like charging the battery, adjusting climate controls and checking the battery status, all from your mobile device. You can also personalize the app dashboard with the features that you use the most.

LEAF drivers require an active subscription to access the features of NissanConnect EV**, but it is complimentary for the first three years of ownership.

NissanConnect EV & Services is available for the following models and trim levels (Model Year 2018-2023):
- LEAF SV
- LEAF SV PLUS
- LEAF SL PLUS

Model year 2018-2023 LEAF owners require an active subscription to NissanConnect EV with Services** powered by SiriusXM®. As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock feature can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in NissanConnect EV with Services**. If you have not yet enrolled in NissanConnect EV with Services** or need to reset your PIN, download the NissanConnect EV & Services app or visit www.owners.nissanusa.com.

Clients having purchased a Nissan vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations). 4 stars: nice and convenient... but not responsive and sometimes struggle to connect... can be better. Wish it had button to stop charging, or option to stop charging at 80 to 90%.
4 stars: App has worked intermittently since I purchased the vehicle in 2019. For past week or so, I have been unable to monitor the EV battery. Problem does not appear to be a communication issue, because I can consistently lock/unlock doors and utilize climate control feature.
3 stars: Fix climate timer and add charge stop with percent target. I have learned to live with 30 to 90s delay. As other reviewers noted, it's due to car waking up at certain intervals to service app requests. But, all of the advertised features should work in a production version. When I, and many others, hit the Climate Contol Timer button, we quickly get an error.
3 stars: Lately most connection issues seem to be fixed. But it still randomly shows old data (i.e. charge status and range) before a connection is made and if it doesn't connect. It should show nothng or an error if it doesn't connect. I just updated the app and it showed I have a 118,000 mile range and 77% charge (until it eventually connected to the car). I wish I could post that screen shot.
2 stars: Periodically craps out. Most recently on December 7th... possibly tied to the December security update from Google. No way to really know due to lack of any communication from the developers. Hopefully, like previous episodes it will start to
