5 stars: At one point I stepped away thinking one of the bigger cellphone companies would be better. I was so wrong and switched back and being as my husband and I travel the country full-time it never disappointed us.. In fact in some places where other people have had issues, they ask how who we have and tell them Metro is a lifesaver.... Great service..
5 stars: I was first with your parent c0. T mobile and later joined metro I love both companies , I never had a problem with either. You give good service which I enjoy thank you. A longtime customer.still excellent service. And I problems. And you still care about customer satisfaction thanks.

3 stars: I don't like trying to read an article & being interupted with constant advertisements. i don't mind some but it seems u can never get to the end, so I just give up. & rarely click on to read more. eventually i'll quit looking at it at all. its just too frustrating & time consuming trying to find something out. I like short & straight to the point then to another article.
