3 stars: I put 3 star because the exercises are based only in timer, it's will be awesome if you make also workouts that have how many reps and sets needed.
5 stars: The thing I love the most about this app is the ability to randomize your workout everytime you use it. Of course it also has the option to keep the same workout for the allotted time. In my opinion this app suits everyone who is trying to get or stay fit via Medicine Ball.
