5 stars: The app works great! The fastest way to top up.
5 stars: It's great to know that there is a top-up app for GTT, however, it would be better if the app can allow user to connect when there is no data as well. Therefore, when the user credit is done, the app would still function to allow the credit transaction.
4 stars: It's ok. But needs the option to activate data plan from the app. It's double work sending credit then activating plan.
4 stars: It was straight forward, but it needs an option where you can do internet plan for the people you toping up, like day plan, weekly and monthly plan like your competitor.
3 stars: It's not allowing me to complete my transactions. I don't know why. It keeps saying transaction pending and then failed to complete transaction, or some other problem... I'll really appreciate it, if the problem can be resolved especially during this pandemic.. I still love the app.
3 stars: Take notes from my digicel app. Your app needs upgrading. It's a good app but needs to be simpler to become a great app. Plus I don't trust your company after the way I was scammed out of $40000 for a blaze issue. Plus can't forget those dishonest people who were doing their underhand stuff.
