5 stars: This company is completely awesome.. I had to cancel some trips because of covid a while back and they honored them and reissued another voucher. What company would do that in this day and age. I am a customer for life.
3 stars: Researching, booking, and paying for the bus tour was very easy. Not being able to see where the buses were or when they would arrive was very frustrating; especially since they were way behind schedule.
3 stars: they offer a lot of stops but the buses are full most of the time so you're waiting a lot longer than expected for the next bus to come around. is not a quick way to do things. But they offer you headphones and ponchos and a good tour from the bus if you don't want to get off
5 stars: lovely helpful drivers and such a good way to see the city! only downside is that when we came (22/04/22) that the driver didn't mention that Nancy's Bar wasn't open until 3pm so we got off and then just had to wait for the next bus.
5 stars: Very useful to see where every bus is an what one has a live tour guide on. The guide was very funny and enjoyed what he was doing. Made the experience even better. The red route we went on differs to the app because of road closures, would have been nice if the app could be updated to reflect temporary changes.
