Behind the wheel of your truck, your missions essentially consist of making deliveries from one city to another in return for money.
As you make money, you'll be able to visit a dealer to buy trucks that are newer, more powerful, faster, and with greater battery life.
Decent graphics
Euro Truck Simulator offers decent graphics (no more, no less), as well as good music and sound effects. Animations however, are pretty slow, a bit like the overall pace of the game.
Annoying repetition
The big problem with this simulation is that it gets repetitive quickly. Perhaps this is to simulate the monotonous hum of diesel and warn of the dangers of falling asleep at the wheel?
Transporting illegal goods, being chased by the cops, or driving against the flow of traffic on the freeway would have been pretty awesome (just saying).
An original, fun game
Original and with good quality graphics/sound effects, Euro Truck Simulator doesn't really offer anything differernt from other car games or motorbike races. Eating up miles of tar at a moderate (legal) pace, however, is a guaranteed route to boredom.
