This Safari extension is pretty simple, but potentially very useful for heavy web users. Safari Tab Reloader simply installs a little button next the address bar. Click it and a toolbar appears, allowing you to set how often you want a page to reload. Safari Tab Reloader is a neat little extension. Its best feature is that its toolbar automatically disappears after you have set it, so it won't disturb your browser. You need to open Safari Tab Reloader on every page you want. However, this does give you more control over what is refreshed and when, as you can have different settings for every tab.
