5 stars: This 5 star is for the drivers. The app is trash. They continue to add update yet the app is getting bad everyday. I can't find my route any longer. So easy to use previously.
4 stars: You guys should update the app so that it can be less complex when booking rides and so we can book for more than 1 person
4 stars: Booking on the App misbehaves sometimes, and there is no real time update of Buses' locations or movement plans on neither the App nor the WhatsApp groups created. This leaves potential passengers stranded and confused sometimes.
3 stars: I still don't get this app. Cannot view past bookings. From some pickup, I can't see a location for return trip. Empty. The trip ticket cannot be edited. There's no prompt to check. Funny thing is that this stuff is available on another android phone but not on mine
3 stars: Since you were able to call and apologize for the inconvenience. At least your customer relations is good but you need to work on the schedule. Your time must be as advertised.
