4 stars: My only issue really is that it doesn't close after exiting the app. I don't like having to go to force stop app.
3 stars: Important for getting app to connect via Bluetooth or USB. A bug in the arc software prevents connection via the source button. EVEN IF YOU TRY TO USE THE RECONNECT BUTTON. To get this working, you need to force the stereo to start the app on your phone, Make sure you are on any source but
3 stars: Interface is Ok but I think it's causing sync problems. Before using ARC my phone would connect to my head unit but I had to use the head unit to change Pandora channels. I thought I would give this a try even with the mediocre reviews. But while playing Pandora the tracks skip all the time. Not sure if using ARC confuses the head unit in to thinking I am using two different instances of Pandora. Just odd.
2 stars: I think the app looks a bit outdated, but that's not a problem. But the fact that the app will keep running and consume battery when disconnected is a problem. I have to force quit the app through the system settings to do so. As mentioned by others I have had it playing music when not connected
