4 stars: I had trouble getting my pass. I could not find any instructions. The only thing I could think of doing was to click on the red pin. Nothing, however, happened. Eventually, I had the idea to zoom in on the pin and the pass downloaded. Maybe the problem was the lousy cell coverage at Eldora Mountain.
5 stars: With the exception of Covid19 rules in some parking areas, this app wasn't hard to use at all.
5 stars: Very nice and helpful.. Difficult to navigate through a dense city like Chicago without parking made easy. Their images and precise entry discriptions are very accurate. With QR codes its all mostly touchless making it safer during the pandemic
3 stars: I like that it shows me the parking spots but then when I try to book them I cant change am pm it takes like 15 mins just to try to apply the time very annoying
