4 stars: So far so good. Only used it to process 2 claims now. Still the same tedious work to submit all the details. Why we cant bill everything direct to PBC is beyond me. The upload is easy enough to take a photo of the receipts and send them in this way instead of the mail. Hopefully they keep tweaking it to streamline it more. An older person might have problems with all the navigating of the app.
3 stars: Quick and easy way to submit claims. The only major bug I've experienced is logging in with my fingerprint on a Samsung device. The screen flickers and won't let you sign in easily. You have to repeatedly press the password box, when its highlighted you need to the place your finger on the fingerprint sensor. It works but sporadically.
3 stars: Painful. Haven't been able to sign it yet but the account creating process is not intuitive. Selecting your birthday takes 3 minutes to scroll back manually through every month of every year between then and now. And when selecting security questions, hints are not optional. Just these 2 changes would make the process so much quicker and more enjoyable.
3 stars: I really love this app for submitting claims paperlessly, but I had to knock 2 stars off. When filing claims, there is such a huge difference in the available options on the app (in pulldown menus for selecting type of expense in many of the benefit categories) versus what I see online when I view the coverage and benefits.
