4 stars: Overall it's an excellent healthy,fun and safe way to enjoy the sport of cycling but when it comes to support and meeting the clients needs in suggestions on how to make it easier for the user, sometimes gets shelved for future consideration and development. This is where Zwift must continue to listen and implement the ideas in an earlier time frame.
4 stars: If you enjoy riding but want to be able to do so even when outside conditions are not conducive, then Zwift is an excellent choice. It can be a touch glitchy however. Every once in a while it will unexpectedly disconnect (wifi is working but the app somehow stops working). Also, after updates it can be glitchy the first time too.
3 stars: It's a good companion but spectating riders is very scuffed. It's tricky to spectate a rider and there's hardly an indicator which of the riders is the one you're watching. It's also hard to see where the race ends and how much longer they're racing for. It's just not designed for spectating but as someone who zwifts casually and her boyfriend races, I'd like to see some quality of life improvements for the spectating feature.
2 stars: Really disappointing. Doesn't always work and when it does it lacks a lot of features that you need when Zwifting. You still need to use the main device so this is pretty pointless. It's a great idea just needs to work!
