5 stars: This is probably one of the best apps by Yandex! It's very easy to use and comes with a very good selection of languages. It's simple, you point your phone's camera towards the text you want to see translated and you see the translation on your phone's screen on top of the original text (that needed to be translated). I really love this app and I encourage everyone to get it, too!
5 stars: An excellent translator with a clear and natural human voice doing the text to voice. Still, I would like to have 3 improvements: 1. The text to voice only works for short texts. 2. Adding a middle reading speed. 3. The text font is small and adding more sizes would be nice.
4 stars: Hello, the microfone icon to use voice recognition does not show up anymore when there is nothing typed in the translation field, taking much more time and effort to do translations. Please bring it back.
4 stars: The yandex translation does not translate scientific/ medical sentences correctly. There are two problems here. Either it does not recognise the sentrnces or does not translate it. While google do the translation of Russian language but mixes it with other language.
3 stars: It is not ok for offline translation. It doesn't download just a language pack. It downloads only paired languages.
3 stars: On the positive side, this app translates all the text in a photo, you don't have to waste time cropping or selecting the part you want, just read the part you want in the transl
