5 stars: Assalamo Alikom I have the application both on Android phone and ios phone. Both of them when I add my booking, if click on booking details on Android nothing happens, on iPhone it gives error. This is for many months now . I uninstaulled and reinstalled on booth with no change. Just for feedback
3 stars: I fly couple of days back from Saudia to Kuwait. Management was good and supportive however plane was quite old with outdated facilities. No coffee or tea was asked, may be because of less flying hour. It's good airline to travel however old plane with less upgraded facilities make it not 5 star airline.
