4 stars: Really good app, few minor tweaks would make it better; buying something once doesn't mean it's a favourite, removing items that aren't in stock for months on end, not including items aren't in stock, and showing prices per weight in the same units (e.g. £/kg, £/100g, p/100g etc.). Still use it weekly though!
3 stars: It's a good app but still not what it was pre-covid. Easy to use and navigate, but could do with being able to pass on flash sale items so that other items pop up. Also, you should be able to zoom in on pictures and see your search history so you don't keep needing to type things over and over - maybe this could be deletable if that's what's required!
3 stars: After having a response to an ongoing complaint I have had a satisfactory response. However, I believe the app needs improving. One improvement would be to not have selection choices so close to where your thumb scrolls as this might prevent accidental selection. Improve one click options as they are frustrating and doesn't work on some items.
2 stars: The app really needs to be able to just browse the whole store and then apply filters. Right now it only caters to people who know exactly what they want that can then filter by aisle, but that just doesn't cut it for my style of shopping. Add an
