4 stars: Yah it is definetly for p2w players but that is not the problem for most of the f2p players I think,the problem is the drop rate of characters in summoun(bar).Most of the time it give us 'R'unit not even 'SR'unit,we will talk about URunit later so far I think it is a major issue for f2p players and there is a very few ways to earn diamonds also u should add some events or ways to earn diamonds

4 stars: Really love kof been playing um for 3 years now and i have an issue i bought this month's battlepass of rising dragon kensou the purchase went through but got an error of the recharge failing i didn't get my battlepass but it still took my money i don't want a refund but want the issue eesolve and have this months battlepass have screenshots of the gmail for the purchase and of the battepass not active for me
