3 stars: Well after the last update a lot of the surveys won't load properly. And that daily goal banner at the bottom needs to GO or make it movable! It is in the way of a lot of answers to questions on the offers page. Stay on top of YOUR OFFERS. I have completed many and got no payment. Anything under a couple of $$ should NOT have a 30 day pending status. I do like how fast the accounts get paid out and into PayPal.
4 stars: Overall the payout amounts are great however some don't credit to the account and it takes waaaaay too long to recieve the credit and then on top of that one has to wait more time to actually receive the money. I have yet to be able to actually you get cash only gift cards or PayPal. There def should be an option (maybe for a small fee) to have the payment/gift card sent immediately.
4 stars: Would have liked the surveys to pay more. It seems the only surveys I qualify to complete are the ones that pay $0.25!!! Aside from that there's no gimmicks, so it's really up to me how much time I want to invest. For now I don't mind getting a couple dollars to do something I'd be doing anyway for free
