3 stars: It is very inconvenient that this App now does not allow sending pictures. Going through gmail to send a picture is not effective. In the past we used to do it. Also, you are charging now 5 cents for messages above 160 characters. in the past it was only 2 cents..not good at all. You still charge for each message I send whether it reaches the destination or not. Very disappointed.
3 stars: since update my family in cuba can not recieve my messages.I recieve the message they send.what is going on???please fix I really loved your application before update.

If I'm in a conversation and I want to go back to other conversations I have to close the application and reopen it. this really should not be happening in 2019. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and nothing works. funny that on my iPhone 7 it works flawlessly
