3 stars: It was good but now go no longer works properly as only permissions for GPS on my s21 is while you are using app or deny. No allow all the time option, therefor go does not track when phone locked or app in background. Add this to list of perms in the manifest or its issues.
5 stars: The developers of your app did users like me a great disservice as they can't conceive of people with disabilities using public transit. You had zero questions about the accessibility provisions of my Transit network. And you neglected to include wheelchairs as a form of Local Mobility. My biggest obstacle is lack of maintenance of ramps on buses, and access to trains. And your survey does nothing to improve that situation.
4 stars: Have had a few problems in area I live. Took a little time but they resolved my problems. Very friendly. Thnks.
3 stars: Some features like next bus arrival at my Stop are good. I would like a message if the bus is going to be more than 5 minutes late. Problems for me are trying to get correct From and To; some aspects of route maps; and optional bus / train.
3 stars: Next bus times are fairly accurate, and the GPS tracking to see the current location of upcoming buses (sometimes in real time) is very handy. My only big complaint: the GPS map and trip planning features only work over wifi. Usually when I want to use these features I'm out and about and relying on cellular data, which they don't seem to be compatible with for whatever reason. I
