3 stars: several anomalies that need immediate attention. ex token time is out, the needing to delete the app and start over several times, connection to cameras is painfully slow I can go on . But I think that you know these things already. Unless current system can be updated and fix all of the issues. I'll probably never purchase your products again. probably not what you would like to see posted.
3 stars: often takes a long time to connect or does not. if it doesn't, usually closing the app and restarting works. but if it's an intruder or someone I need to talk to, that is a problem. Also the motion sensitivity (buried in the utilities page) sometimes gets reset to default 80%. Sometimes it says the camera is offline when it should it really is online. But the geographic mode works well, the area selections work well.
3 stars: Functional but a bit flakey. Sometimes the app says the cameras are offline or struggles to get their status. Closing and reopening the app seems to sort this out. Also, the camera installation process keeps warning that there's no internet, when the base station is simply rebooting. Good but not as good as it should be for the price.
