5 stars: This app works pretty well. No need for complicated pins. quality is good for video and voice.
3 stars: I work in an Amazon facility where we use this to communicate. It's just fine on the laptop. On mobile is a different story. My phone doesn't load and send messages very well even on wifi. Also, side note, even though Amazon makes this, it isn't available on Kindle.

3 stars: This app lacks basic features found in other chat apps. No way to mute notifications from individuals, adding contacts is a massive pain, the whole interface seems very clunky and doesn't look like something which should be acceptable in 2017, no unread badges.
