The UPRIGHT GO mobile app is where you’ll find tutorials to guide you along with daily statistics to track your progress and live monitoring of your posture status using an animated character.

The app generates a personalised training plan customised to meet your individual needs, including a set of daily training goals. Each goal represents your recommended daily training time.

    4 stars: I am so far loving the app and the product. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to connect my upright in the morning and just track until I'm ready to do the training. It disconnects after a short while and I have to turn it back on.
    4 stars: I'm finding I'm more aware of my posture which is good. Although it buzzes when I lean over to reach for something even if my back is straight. It's not perfect but it helpful for sure.
    5 stars: It does not force your posture to be upright but it seems very good about getting you in the habit of having better posture.

But the built in customer support from the connect screen (top right hand corner) was (A) very quick to respond, (B) very helpful and polite in their response, and (C) actually helped me to solve the problem. Device is connected now. No problems! Great idea for a wearable and a good looking app. Well done.

It isn't perfect - as it is detecting vertical via gravity from a single position on your back, you can have good posture for lifting (straight back) but be on a slight incline and it will buzz.
