Talkatone: Texting & Calling APK 9.0.0

5 stars: I used it for a call and text message when I was in Greece and it worked great to contact Canada. I recommend it for anyone who has a need to avoid using their carrier and has access to wi fi. I do not need to use it instead of my carrier, so far, but no problems with it on wi fi. I see they fixed the problem with it starting by itself. That was the only issue I had and now that is fixed. I still think it is a good app.
4 stars: Mostly great because it's free texting. However, it has a lot of drawbacks. All calls gave a delay, so it's basically useless for phone calls. Also, you can't send or receive pictures, and if someone sends you a pic, it not only doesn't show up, but the sender has no idea that it's not showing up. So it can cause a lot of confusion, and make people think you're ignoring them.
4 stars: I wish my regular phone service had a voicemail message transcription/send to email option. Love that feature. I've been using Talkatone for years for calls to the US with no issues. Only challenge I have had is having incoming calls ring through on my phone. I can't seem to get that to happen. It might be a setting I'm not sure about in the free version.
3 stars: Good app, but one thing. I paid for premium and does not show as premium under settings. One site comes up as a premium texts so I purchased the premium in order to use site can't until the premium goes through. This app is a pain. Do not know why therebl is a popup(one on side a lock an
