Nu este pentru oricine, mai ales daca nu stii foarte bine traseul, cel mai bine trebuie sa te uiti la harta orizontală pentru altitudine, mai ales daca pedalezi intr-un loc muntos nu cred ca vrei sa te gasesti extenuat dupa ce urci un deal, munte, etc.
