5 stars: Did Amazing identification of planets, constellations and satellites plus gave a closeup view of them. After using the free version for a year it no longer clearly identifies which lights in the sky are which. About a 10 degree difference between sky and identification names. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No impr9vement.
4 stars: Would be 5 stars but the app has gone wonky. Use to be more accurate. Now there is a full moon in the sky and it's not even registering on the app. I restarted, clear cache, recalibrated my phone and still no moon on the app but I can see it on the sky.
4 stars: Interesting, useful, likeable. Doesn't zoom in or out. Strange. 1) I like that I can wake up and view the night sky from my bed, through the ceiling. 2) I don't like that I can't zoom out and see more of the sky at once.
3 stars: Interesting but inaccurate. After calibration, it quickly auto-adjusts so that what you are looking at seems further to the right than in reality. As long as you don't mind pointing to the left of what you want information on, then this is the app for you! Calibration is hard work when you need to do it every ten to fifteen seconds to maintain accuracy.
