5 stars: I had a leaky sink, I made a work order, next day or day after, sink was fixed. Amazing. S Four Inc makes it look easy. now I'd we can get something better than Loonies and Quarter's for our laundry machines. Something like a pre loaded key fob or card. I love the App though, it makes communication easy between management and resident's
5 stars: easy access and you can see what is being requested. l like ghat it allows you to upload photos to show your issues with the request your making. I am happy using this because I feel awful if I am calling the office to much.
3 stars: The app looks great all my info is there, only issue is with the payment part as I'm in Canada we don't have routing numbers, need to update to include what is need for Canadain customer.
4 stars: great app, updating of case files depends on diligence of staff at Metro's end. 5 stars when updates are more frequent/consistent

3 stars: There shouldn't be a fee to pay your rent. Money orders are cheaper then this system. I know the company makes enough money to not charge anything to accept debit cards.
