5 stars: Some coupons / discounts and from using them you get points for free stuff like small fries or a hamburger, though I think they changed it and you can now only get points from ordering delivery through the app. Still, the discounts are all you need. If you order delivery make sure it's not delivered by bycicle in a paper bag so it's cold when it arrives. Depends on your local restaurants how they deliver (eg uber eats).
5 stars: It's very good. You can order easy and save ordering your meal. Personalize your Menu, burger and drink, then you are good to go. The only thing that can be better is the service for the customization. It feels like some workers are not acustom to this system. But the Menu I order it's perfect and nothing is missing.
4 stars: It is good yet after some time i always have to delete and reinstall McDonald's because after some time when i click to open the app all i see is the logo loading screen and that's it no matter how long i wait or how many times i reload my phone or the app itself please fix that
3 stars: Coupons are good. However, the order function can be deemed almost useless. Saves 2 minutes max. The app doesn't allow to order in advance, or while I am 1 meter away from the McDonald's. Hence, I know that in a crowded location I will still have to wait 10 minutes. I just won't have to waste time ordering at that location.
