5 stars: Please understand that Huawei isn't updating its apps on Playstore any longer. All the horrid experience anyone might be having are due to older apps. Please use the Huawei app gallery for Huawei or Honor apps.
5 stars: I don't see anything wrong with this application as stated in the previous comments according to me. With the latest update of this app connected to my PC, my huawie P8 and everything I chose to backup are safe on my PC and it can easily be restored back into the phone without any problem. Just update the Hisuit on your PC and you're good to go. Thanks huawie, I'm not afraid of formatting my phone in case of any problem.
