5 stars: Findster pet tracker is an awesome product. From day one i have used it with my dog and i love the badges and ability to trackwr my dog while on a walk. What is even better os the virtual vet service that comes along with in for a fee monthly. I can ask a quick question at any time and get great guidance for my pet. Excellent product. Kudos!
5 stars: This has been great for us. Our dog likes to visit neighbors and we love that we know where to find him. Our neighbors do to because we don't have to call them to find out. We are in the country so not much trouble with buildings. The service is great too if you have any trouble. We had no trouble setting our fences. Very easy.
5 stars: While there are bugs and hardware failures, the product does what it's supposed to do 95% of the time for me, making it invaluable for a safe walk with my dogs. Usability and UX of the app are very good and support is very responsive. In general if you get the product you'll likely be satisfied like me
4 stars: Good could be better. Just recently lost connection on the module used by my pet. Also GPS issues under troubleshooting can update say cannot locate modules. But worked when I used it the first time. I think I still have to learn or read more on it. But the FAQ or support could be better in providing more documentation.
