5 stars: This is becoming surprisingly essential even though the mobile app is new as of early 2023. Being able to be notified of and then manage incoming shipments - FedEx and those managed by them if I understand correctly - is so helpful. I get enough packages of every size that keeping track and having last-minute options mean a lot. More as this matures.
5 stars: App does everything you'd expect of a carrier. It provides up to date info in clear, concise, uncluttered pages. The specific features that I used to track an inbound shipment worked smoothly, no glitches or slowdowns. Nice.
4 stars: I love how you can set up a Notification Sound for several different options! Right now, I'm having issues though trying to set up what I want, there is some error and says try again later.
3 stars: The tracking is a little off, especially when being shipped from the USA to Canada and I'm guessing vice-versa. The terms need to be better when the package is being delivered to the border or another carrier on the other side of the border. Not just package is out for delivery, when it's still in the originating country. Other than that, the tracking info is updated frequently and the app has all the necessary features.
