5 stars: Does what is supposed to do. Takes a few mins to sync data but there quite a bit of detail. Like that you can download date and load it into excel.
4 stars: I had a problem where the app was giving me wildly inaccurate data, out by several orders of magnitude, eg my daily spend being more than $6000. It turned out the installer had entered the wrong data and it was quickly fixed. Now seems to be working fine.
3 stars: Missing a total for the energy use. Can see the hourly numbers but not the total you used for the day. Seems like an obviously feature to lack
2 stars: Re the device - the guy installed it on the meter quickly and professionally. Re app 1st week of use, feedback so far: The app is ok but UI is limited and poor. Font is way too small on the daily use chart and you can't drag out the page to expand. Would like to have daily kW use info as well as daily spend. Seems like a pretty basic app, not very well refined at this stage but good to have real time usage.
2 stars: Was a great app, won't connect half the time, and now getting some error about Boolean and email. Can't even access the data. And was before and after the latest update just performed.
