5 stars: The pizzas are absolutely delicious. Be careful though using the app where it defaults to 15% Tip even for pickup orders. While it's a personal choice to add the tip, one has to go to the cart and remove the tip should you choose to not want to add a tip

4 stars: Would like to add 'extra' and 'light' as topping options. Multiple sauce options, like pesto and red dollops to be able to be selected, OR put the red dollops sauce with the main topping selections.

3 stars: Good place to eat but they try to promote their app but yet the app won't work when it comes to using the rewards, I personally wouldn't recommend or promote something if it doesn't work and not trying to figure out a different way looks like you just dont care, so if your in a hurry I would highly recommend a place that has a working app that you can have full use of rewards.
3 stars: Can't add a party of one (one topping 11 inch and drink) to order. Not sure if it has to do with the location or something, but when you attempt to add it to your order, all you get is a message pop up saying:
