Requiem Memento Mori is a massively multiplayer online horror/fantasy role-playing game. In this game, you play one of four monstrous races in a grim world plagued by hordes of hideous creatures. Starting to play Requiem Memento Mori is a lot like starting out in any other MMO. You choose a starting race, and then a class and subclass within that race. Gameplay and controls are pretty standard -- if you've played other MMOs, you won't find anything too out of the ordinary here. It's in the world, with its dark imagery and gory atmosphere, that the game differs from other titles in the genre. This is especially true at night, when the deadly Nightmare Monsters emerge from their hiding places to terrorise the world. The game is free to play, but paid subscriptions offer some advantages, such as mitigating XP loss. As the game progresses, you can craft and upgrade your character's weapons as well as improving the character's abilities using special DNA advancement trees.
