3 stars: First time ~20min late experience. I could see the extra stops. I would have been oblivious of all the reviews saying delivery times are often slow, if the consolidation coupon wasn't so low. It mostly covered the tip. Now, I might stick to pickup.
3 stars: Could find some good deal and more option for Asian Restaurants but delivery will take extremely slow. Driver went around the city before bring the food to me. Not sure if this apps send deiver a big round drive or they allow driver to work for multiple apps at the same time. Food will be cold for sure. Super bad delivery management.
5 stars: If you order before dinner rush like I do, this is an awesome delivery app. No membership fees. Lots of discounts from restaurants, especially if you pick up orders yourself. I use this for some Chinatown restaurants I can't find on ritual, or has better desl yhan uber eats.

4 stars: I use this app quite often and the service has been great. It's only short one star because of language, it is primarily in Chinese and for myself who only knows about a hundred characters, it makes navigating difficult sometimes. That being said they are always trying to improve their app so my rating will likely go full five stars in the future.
