3 stars: Like the app, but unsure of the training program. I see a progress bar in the selected training scheme, bit it doesn't seem to progress any further. And I also would like to see recommended rest days.
5 stars: Adjusts great to your pace and progression.. Extremely helpful!!!!!!!!
4 stars: Good app to train yourself and keep a track of your progress. I request the developers to add more statistics. Like monthly total, monthly average, weekly total, etc. More stats is always better. It'll also help keep a track of weekly and monthly progress. I've gone from an average of 9/day to 38. I want to know how that progress happened on a weekly and monthly basis
3 stars: The app is okay does exactly what it says it needs to do, however I would like to see daily push-up counts that are easier to read. The workouts are fine but when it comes to seeing your stats it can be a little underwhelming.
4 stars: Very good app, I started to use it during the COVID-19 outbreak to stay fit inside. I would recommend the ability to see the exact # of pushups you have completed on the records screen. The graph is nice but without the ability to tap and see an exact #, it's more eye candy than informational.
3 stars: The app is awesome but I swear the ads just get more and more annoying. NO, I don't want an ad in the middle of my set! Are you kidding me? Come on, that should be obvious. At least give me the option of buying the app to disable the ads, I'd happily do it.
