3 stars: The concept is wonderful, but I have 2 strings hooked to each other and they never sync. I have to log into each one separately. And for some reason I cannot be on my wifi while I am on the twinkly app. Once I get the pattern going they are fine, but the app needs work.
5 stars: I get so excited when Halloween comes around. That means I can put up my twinkly lights. All I have to do is switch colors for Christmas. New patterns and colors are added and it looks amazing! I just don't trust to put them outside with the Canadian weather. I put them up inside which is fine. They were worth the buy.
3 stars: Previous issues fixed, but now the app is slower and often freezes. It's a great product, but from my perspective it is let down by the app. Also, forgot to mention previously- I tried to remap so that deliberately hidden lights do not light up, but this failed to work. Lights that I want to not light up, do light up. 5 stars for customer support and the main product, but 2 stars for the app.
3 stars: Love the lights but have constant issues. At first they kept disconnecting requiring me to constantly log in and out and reconnect. Now they don't disconnect as much but now I can't select any effects. No matter when I click it ALWAYS opens \
