3 stars: Works great if you only need one room or multiple rooms of the same type but we are a large family and usually need 2 rooms--one king and one double queen. The app doesn't allow you to reserve that.
5 stars: Rana costumer services representative was very helpful. App is ok . But I like to speak with a person. Overall great experience.
3 stars: Signing is is an issue because if you fail the first time a message will pop up saying that you are blocked. Then once you finally do sign in your trip information is not loaded on or accessable to view or change. Another message pops up and says that they are having difficulty loading your trips. The app is useless.
3 stars: Very easy to find flights, but difficult to maneuver. Example: to change flight dates you have to page back all the way to the beginning. Web nav is much better. Setting price alerts does not work. Searches done on the app are not saved, only from the web. Also, flight upgrades arw available on the web but not the app.
3 stars: Number one, customer service cannot be reached due to some technical difficulty. Secondly, I didn't find all the menu options I thought you should have. Thirdly, I didn't ask for specific seats for parts of my flight because I did not know I needed to after I selected seats for the first part of the flight. Don't know where I'm going to end up and I'm traveling with my elderly mother. Okay experience but confusing at first.
5 stars: App is very easy to use. My la
