5 stars: The app is excellent and so is the functionality of the website from a pro point of view. They could do a lot more in terms of customer service as all of that seems to be automated. Or at least 90% of it and if you have a pressing question you have to wait on an email response. Other than that it's a very good website and a very good app.
5 stars: Excellent way to find customers in most fields of work! I do painting, drywall repair, lighting replacement, exterior rehabilitation and almost anything else of the like! If you're good at what you do then this is a good app to make money, just don't let the lead prices intimidate you, if you're not hired they'll give the money back.
4 stars: I'm a Thumbtack Pro and overall, I think thw platform offers a good lead generating service. I will say that the
4 stars: Be careful with the targeting setting. If you turn it off, they will still send you one more lead and then force you to pay it before you can reuse the service even though they shouldn't have sent it. It has happened to me twice now. Other than that, it's been a good product.
3 stars: A great way to find clients and a great way to waste money. You don't have a choice weather to pay for the matches because the get auto matched even if you can't take the job.
