1. 민원여기요
- 자격득실확인서, 보험료 납부확인서 등 증명서 5종을 제출기관에 팩스로 보낼 수 있습니다.
- 보험료 조회·납부, 환급금 조회·신청, 진료받은 내용 보기 등의 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

2. 건강iN
- 나와 가족(영유아)의 건강검진, 진료 및 투약내역 등의 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 건강검진 결과를 기반으로 건강나이 및 질병발생 위험을 예측할 수 있습니다.
- 국민건강 알람서비스로 주요 질환(8종)의 지역별 위험도를 미리 파악할 수 있습니다.
- 혈압, 혈당 등을 직접 기록하거나 기기연동으로 꾸준히 건강을 관리할 수 있습니다.

3. 장기요양보험
- 장기요양 인정신청, 등급판정결과, 재가급여 서비스 이용 내역 확인 등 다양한 장기요양 민원서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 고객센터
- 문의, 불편사항을 해결할 수 있도록 상담 글 등록, 채팅상담, 청각·언어 장애인을 위한 수어 상담 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

- 위치: 병의원 찾기, 지사 찾기 등 주변 정보 검색 시 사용합니다.
- 마이크: 수어상담 연결, 음성검색을 위해 사용합니다.
- 카메라: 수어상담 연결을 위해 사용합니다.
- 블루투스: 혈압, 혈당, 걸음 수 데이터를 등록하기 위해 사용합니다.

[참고사항]
안드로이드 6.0 미만 버전의 스마트폰을 이용하는 경우는 The건강보험 모바일앱의 선택적 접근 권한에 대해 사용자가 선택적으로 동의할 수 없는 문제가 있습니다.(설치 시 동의로 간주) 따라서 가능하다면 사용자분들의 스마트폰 내에 소프트웨어 업데이트 기능을 이용하여 스마트폰 운영체계를 안드로이드 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드하는 것이 좋습니다. 또한, 운영체제가 업그레이드 되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근 권한이 바뀌지는 않기 때문에 접근 권한을 다시 설정하기 위해서는 이미 설치한 앱을 삭제한 후 재설치해야 합니다.
