5 stars: Sudoku is one of my favorite games. It is a challenge that keeps my mind sharp. Anything that challenges your brain as Sudoku does has to be a positive benefit. Probably helps to keep Dementia and Alzheimer's away, and keeps your mind from getting stagnant.
