3 stars: Everything is great apart from being able to see the items in your basket. Massive oversight from the app designers, but apart from that it's great and easy to use.
3 stars: Stock is in a very confusing situation, sometimes it shows that an item has stock but then I want to add it to mi cart and it says it's no longer available

3 stars: Postage was very fast, I was impressed. Then the product didn't suit me so I requested a returns slip. It has been nearly a week now I've requested 4 times and tried to call twice. I understand during the coronavirus things may be slowed down but I just thought if the postage was so fast why is it taking this long for them to respond.

3 stars: Apps pretty good, although limited number for your 'favourites' items, also why does it ask for your tax ID number when purchasing, and what if you dont have one, per say if a teenager were trying to shop with this app?
