3 stars: Because I speak Japanese, my husband has to translate and explain it to me. It would be very helpful in my native language. Also using the Quebec's english as opposed to American english makes it difficult.
5 stars: Very useful so far. Some good tools for keeping things in perspective. Great background sounds as well, which I often use while getting work done - quite useful as I can play them in the background while doing other things on my phone.

5 stars: Have learned such alot from this app it is so easy to follow the voice of the lady doing the talking and exercises is so calming and she gives you lots of time and reassurance explains in alot of detail what tinnitus is so you understand what going on which makes you less anxious about the future love the physical exercises part and the new meditation programme would recommend this app
