5 stars: I just enrolled in Next Toppers for Class 11, and the experience so far has been great! The app is easy to navigate, and selecting my class was simple. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and explain concepts in a very clear and engaging way. Their teaching style makes even tough topics easy to understand. Looking forward to learning more with this platform!
4 stars: It would be really nice if you write more information about the courses for 11th and 12 class and provide the time table and schedules for 12 as well. otherwise the teaching and everything is on point. really love the enthusiasm and sincerity of the teachers
3 stars: very good app design but it has thousands of thousands of bugs and glitches that can make your experience worse , such as multiple audio during live lectures, downloaded lectures not opening sometimes ,notes not opening sometimes, and this problems are also in pw , esaral ,etc. I don't know why people call it modern tech. even after this much problems .
3 stars: Teacher's are all good but the app is too laggy and I don't know why but the app is not good whenever message I send get cancelled and even the customer care. They won't lift the call nor reply if we have any problem. Tried calling them many times and even messaged But the teachers are really nice. Only if the app and the customer care is more efficient like it's so annoying.
